Inoculum option — LIXA-I

System for simultaneous application of inoculum and/or liquid fertilizer directly into the seed bed. Precise dosing via nozzle with 0.6–1.0 mm opening under pressure — without light and other factors harmful to bacteria.

// Inoculum technology

LIXA-I — Inoculum directly into the seed bed

The LIXA-I system delivers inoculum directly into the seed bed to the seeds — via a precision nozzle with 0.6–1.0 mm opening under pressure, without light and other factors harmful to bacteria. This method prevents seed clumping in the seeding organs and minimizes the probability of gaps or double placements.

Primarily used for soybean seeding. The seeds enter the seed bed together with starter fertilizer and liquid inoculum. This method enables:

Immediate dissolution of the starter fertilizer
Additional moisture supply for the seeds — accelerates germination by 2–3 days
Minimization of bacteria mortality compared to traditional inoculation (seed treatment)

The inoculated crop:

Is more resistant in the initial development phase
Fixes over 50% of required nitrogen from the air (approx. 60 kg/ha) and leaves it in the soil
Forms nodules on the 10th–12th day after emergence
