Each ROVER model is optimized for a specific soil type and crop. All groups are interchangeable and can be swapped in under 30 minutes.
Protection discs, parallelograms, ridge harrows and deflector shields adapt the ROVER precisely to the crop and soil type. All parts can be retrofitted.
The hydraulic steering system shifts all working groups synchronously across the direction of travel — manually or automatically via EXACT. Lateral control range ±25 cm.
Each working group is mounted on a spring-loaded parallelogram that follows the ground profile — independently of adjacent rows. No diving on ground undulations.
Conical protection discs on the hoe tool protect the young plant from soil throw and mechanical damage. Adjustable distance and angle depending on crop stage.
Flexible finger weeders work the direct ridge zone between the rows — catching even tiny weed seedlings at the thread root stage that hoe shares cannot reach.
Foldable deflector shields next to the hoe tool prevent soil throw onto the plant zone. Easy adjustment without tools — reachable from the tractor seat.
EXACT, LIXA, LIXA-O and GRANO can be mounted individually or in combination on any ROVER — for up to 4 operations in one pass.
Camera-based row guidance
The optical guidance system EXACT detects the rows in real time and corrects the lateral axis of the working groups without GPS. Response time under 10 ms, operation up to 18 km/h.
Liquid fertilization & crop protection
LIXA applies UAN, NFS or crop protection agents with row precision — simultaneously with hoeing. Up to 3 liquid components, tank 600–3000 l, CAN bus control.
Liquid application above the row
LIXA-O extends the LIXA system with nozzles above the row — for foliar crop protection agents, micronutrients and growth regulators applied directly onto the plant.
Granular fertilization in the near-root zone
GRANO applies granules directly next to or beneath the row — during hoeing. Tank 800–2000 l, application rate 5–270 kg/ha infinitely adjustable via Accord drive.
